Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at or using the services of Ramee Hotels and Resorts (“the Hotel”). By making a reservation or using the Hotel’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations

Reservations can be made through the Ramee Hotels and Resorts website, over the phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability.

When making a reservation, you must provide your full name, contact details, and payment information. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or letter from the Hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion, including instances of suspected fraudulent activity, errors in pricing, or bookings made under false pretenses.

Rates and Payments

All rates are quoted in the local currency or US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Hotel. The Hotel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in the local currency.

The Hotel does not accept advance payment through any other mode such as UPI, digital currency, reward points, gift vouchers, or gift cards.

For bulk or corporate bookings, payment must be made directly to the hotel bank account shared via email by authorized personnel.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests must present valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for reservation. Unregistered persons are not allowed in guest rooms.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Cancellations must follow the Hotel’s cancellation policy. In case of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount including taxes and fees may be charged.

Hotel Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, guests, and property. The Hotel may refuse service or evict guests for unlawful or offensive behavior.

Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are provided. Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Liability

The Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury during the stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel’s property and will be charged accordingly.

Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining sections remain in full effect.

Headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation. No waiver shall be deemed ongoing without written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Hotel is located. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Ramee Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

Force Majeure

The Hotel is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Hotel’s website is owned by Ramee Hotels and Resorts or its providers. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
